easy for the Cincinnati Bengals
in their pursuit to put another
tough year behind them.
They don't, however, expect
those off-field issues to
overshadow their ultimate goal
for 2008.

appearance in 16 years on Sunday
when they visit the Baltimore

BENGALS: Baltimore will want to establish
the run and control the clock to protect rookie quarterback Joe Flacco. The
Bengals must stop the run and improve on their third-down efficiency
defensively; they allowed 23 of 57 conversations (40 percent) in the preseason.
The Bengals will rely on cornerbacks Johnathan Joseph and Leon Hall to play
single coverage much of the time, which will allow them to blitz linebackers and
safety Dexter Jackson. They should be able to force Flacco into errors.
Offensively, the Bengals will want to run the ball but have enjoyed success
throwing against Baltimore...FULL

RAVENS: The Ravens won't put much pressure
on Joe Flacco, and the young offensive line seems more comfortable run blocking.
So, the Ravens will attack the Bengals on the ground. They will do so with a
combination of Willis McGahee and Ray Rice because McGahee is being slowed by a
knee injury. Defensively, the Ravens probably won't be as aggressive because
they will be missing safety Ed Reed, who has a nerve impingement in his neck and
