With veteran Jeff
Garcia playing at home against
Jaguars backup Quinn Gray, the
Bucs figured to have the inside
track on their fifth victory,
especially after taking the lead
at the end of the third quarter.
But Gray led Jacksonville on
the go-ahead touchdown drive and
got help from Garcia's overthrow
of a sure TD to Ike Hilliard and
an interception on the last two
plays of the game as it was the
Jaguars who escaped with their
fifth win.
Gray's stats weren't
spectacular but he made few
mistakes. Garcia meanwhile saw
his streak of consecutive passes
without an interception end in a
big way as the Jaguars picked
