Packers win on Favres

Broncos on first overtime play.
Just when the Broncos rallied to
send Monday night's game against
the Packers into overtime, Brett
Favre snatched the momentum away
in one play.
Favre, who has made it a
habit of coming up big on big
stages, threw an 82-yard
touchdown pass to Greg Jennings
on the first play of OT, and the
Packers defeated the Broncos
19-13. Green Bay is 6-1 for the
first time in five years.
Favre completed 21 of 27
passes for 331 yards and two
touchdowns while Ryan Grant
added 104 yards rushing for
Green Bay. But the Broncos (3-4)
overcame a six-point deficit on
a pair of Jason Elam field
goals, the last from 27 yards
