Cards comeback falls just short
as Redskins prevail 21-19
Kurt Warner made a surprise
start for the Cardinals and
nearly lead a dramatic comeback
victory over the Redskins.
Despite a torn left elbow
ligament, Warner helped put
Arizona in a position to beat
Washington on a last-second
field. However, Neil Rackers
missed a 55-yard yard field goal
to win the game.
The Redskins were also helped
by a 27-yard interception for a
touchdown by London Fletcher
