Jacksonville destroys Raiders
49-11 to head to playoffs in a
game that wasn't even that
close.

Fred Taylor didn't make the Po
Bowl team, and he made the
Raiders pay for it Sunday. The
result was a resounding 49-11
win that catapulted Jacksonville
into the playoffs as the No. 5
seed in the AFC.
Taylor rushed for 111 yards
on seven carries, and his
62-yard touchdown gallop on the
Jaguars' first possession set
the tone for the game. David
Garrard threw for 199 yards and
two scores for Jacksonville
(11-4), which scored touchdowns
on their first four possessions.
JaMarcus Russell saw his
first meaningful playing time of
the season for Oakland (4-11),
but completed just 7 of 23
passes with three interceptions
and a fumble. The lone bright
spot was a 2-yard TD pass to
Zach Miller with six seconds
