COLTS:
The Colts have been one of the
NFL's most potent offensive
units, but injuries to several
key performers have severely
limited what Indianapolis has
been able to accomplish in
recent weeks. The team needs to
get its offensive rhythm
restored, improve its
consistency, cut back on
turnovers and penalties while
also doing a better job of
controlling the tempo.
And while the Colts' defense
has become one of the league's
best this year, overall
improvement is always warranted.

going to try to control the
clock with a short passing game.
The offensive line has been so
shaky that running the ball is a
crapshoot. The lack of
protection also has eliminated a
lot of seven-step-drop passes
because quarterback Joey
Harrington just isn't getting
the time to make all of his
reads. Atlanta could have
problems getting TE Alge
Crumpler involved because he
will have to be kept in for
protection purposes at times...more
