McNabb and Eagles ride wild 4th
quarter to 33-25 victory over
Redskins.Donovan McNabb
has silenced his critics, at
least for a week. Showing the
mobility and strength of the
Eagles championship years,
McNabb led a 20-point
fourth-quarter outburst that
pushed Philadelphia past the
Redskins.
Eagles running back Michael
Westbrook aided the cause with
three touchdowns, including a
57-yard score off a screen pass
that proved to be the game
winner, and 100 yards rushing.
That performance offset the
137-yard effort of Redskins RB
Clinton Portis.
James Thrash and Keenan
McCardell proved able
replacements for injured
Washington receiver Santana
Moss, combining for three TD
catches in the loss.
