 2008 Team Needs

Chicago Bears 2008 NFL Draft and Free Agency Team Needs

The top needs for the Bears to fill in the upcoming draft and free agency.

Offensive line: Fred Miller has played his last down in a Bears uniform so a starter is needed at right tackle, really, other than John Tait, who is ready to move to the right side, the Bears could use help all along the line

Quarterback: The Bears obviously continue to hold out hope that Rex Grossman will somehow turn it around, but they can't afford to wait much longer for him to start playing consistently like a first-rounder should

Wide receiver: With Berrian leaving, there is no longer a No. 1 receiver or anyone who's even close

Safety: With Mike Brown's inability to stay healthy, the Bears need a durable, good, hard-hitting, healthy, play-making strong safety
