The
Bengals needed help on the defensive
line but took OLB Keith Rivers instead.
He's probably a better fit at on the
weak side but the Bengals are so short
at this position that he could be the
starter at MLB. Drafted a couple of WRs
as insurance against Chad Johnson's
absence in what looks to be an
unpleasant holdout. DT Pat Sims gets off
the ball well and has some girth. But
who's going to rush the passer, Angelo
Craig?

Keith Rivers
LB
Southern California
HEIGHT:
6-3 WEIGHT: 220
Rivers
may be a bit undersized (He is smaller than QB Brian
Brohm for example), but he has the speed and
athleticism to excel in the NFL
Notes: USC linebacker coach Ken Norton, Jr. nicknamed
Rivers "the Shark" for his aggressive play on the
field, juxtaposed to his polite demeanor off of it.
