2007 NFL Draft - Top Centers
The following is an early list of the potential top prospects in the 2007 NFL draft class:

Top Centers

Ryan Kalil Ryan Kalil  USC

Height:
6-2   Weight: 299  40 Time: 4.96

Ryan is an intelligent blocker who works hard in all aspects of the game, Kalil has a great understanding of the game.

He explodes off the snap, quickly gets his hands into opponents and plays hard until the whistle blows. Jolts opponents at the point and redirects to linebackers on the second level. Plays with an attitude partly possible due to the fact he is a little small framed and sometimes has trouble finishing blocks.

Using all his tools to their maximum, he could develop into a starter at the next level as he adds bulk and strength to his frame

Notable: His father, Frank, was a center at Arkansas (1978) and Arizona (1980-81-82), then was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in 1982 before playing for the USFL's Arizona Wranglers in 1983 and Houston Gamblers in 1984.

Kyle YoungKyle Young  Fresno State

Height:
6-5   Weight: 330  40 Time: DNR

Kyle is a big prototypical lineman who may project to guard at the next level. He has excellent awareness and a high football IQ, but some questions as he missed the last part of his senior season for poor academics. He is a tough aggressive player who can make the transition to the next level with hard work.

Notable: Was suspended for academic troubles in November of 2006 and missed the remainder of his senior season

Other Noteables:

3. John Sullivan, Notre Dame
4. Anthony Wollschlager, Miami-Fla.
5. David Ligon, Tennessee.
