A
complete fiasco. Possibly
the most non sensible draft and trades
and really overall management of this
time of year we have ever seen. If the
Dolphins wanted a punt returner who
can't catch, they could
have had Dante Hall and Trent
Green for a third
rounder and not be
sitting in anywhere near this situation.
Now they have a quarterback and a
returner that are gimps.

Analysis
Ginn is a
great return man, but if
the Dolphins wanted
a punt returner who
can't catch, they could
have had Dante Hall and Trent
Green for a second
rounder and used their
first for any number of
needs, Instead they
have Ginn who has a
fairly major foot
injury, one that kept Ty
Law out of pads for a
year. Ginn's receiving
skills still need a lot
of work.

Young
Analysis
He's a
26-year-old rookie. He
wound up with 79
touchdowns. The Mountain
West offensive player of
the year threw for 3,885
yards and 32 TDs. In any
other instance, he would
be considered a nice
prospect. He is going to
have to be the second
coming of Dan Marino in
order for Miami fans to
give him a break after
the fiasco with Quinn
and Ginn.

Samson Satele

Hawaii
Analysis
He's a
lineman who started 53
games at Hawaii. Satele
is very athletic, and
mobile for a 6' 2" 300
pound center. However
Hawaii doesn't run the
ball much so his run
blocking is suspect.

Lorenzo Booker

Analysis
Booker
was one of the all-time
great high school
players in the state of
California. He came to
FSU with big
expectations, but didn’t
play a lot until last
season. He’s a
third-down type of back
who can catch the ball,
but didn’t run the ball
inside at FSU. He is
actually kind of hard to
evaluate because he
should be a star, but
for some reason couldn't
get much playing time at
FSU.

Analysis
This was
the biggest man at the
Combine, and he ran
under 5.1. He's very
strong. He won't get a
lot of sacks, but he'll
be very good against the
run.

My
goodness, you could run
a mack truck in there
and there wouldn't be
much difference in size.
A 348 pound full back
running at you has to be
scary.

Another
value pick. The history
of offensive linemen
from Central Michigan is
unbelievable. There’s
two playing for
Cincinnati, and Joe
Staley was taken in
Round 1 yesterday.

He's an
inside linebacker but
projected to play
outside. Ran a 4.80.
He's a very good
competitor but he should
play well outside and
can cover in space.

This is a
big guy (6-4 7/8, 239)
who has a real live leg
but needs to learn to
get the ball away
quicker. He did a real
good job of punting at
the Combine.
