According to a Manatee County Sheriff official, a report was taken by a deputy and it is unknown at this time if an arrest was made. Based out of Lexington, Michigan, the ASA Late Model Series (ASALMS) Southern Divisions was slated to race this weekend at the fast 0.375 Mile Semi-Banked Paved Oval, located South of Tampa/St. Petersburg Friday and Saturday October 5-6, 2007 for the Ninth Race of the 2007 season; The Seafest 100.
